I'm going to Montana!

Starting Thursday, I'll be backpacking for twelve days at Glacier National Park. I'm going with a friend of my dad's, who is a nature photographer. It'll just be the two of us for fourteen days. I'll admit it; I'm nervous. I've never done any sort of backpacking before- let alone for such a long time while lugging seventy-five pounds on my back. Mostly though, I'm stoked. Stunning scenery. A physical challenge. Valuable 'Me' time. It sounds like the necessary regenerative opposite to college, and exactly what I need to remain chill in the face of the imposing figure of school, which already seems to be looming.

For weight considerations, I'm only bringing one book for these two weeks. It can't be too heavy, but it needs to be something I'd want to devote some serious time for reading and mulling over.

What book would y'all recommend?
