Double-breasted men's jacket pattern?

I can't bring myself to drop $250 for a suit for my son.  He needs an orange (yes, you read that right) suit with a double-breasted jacket for cosplay.  I found a place that will make one, but that's just too much money.  So I'm going to face my fears and try to make it myself ... if I can find a pattern.  Simplicity or Butterick preferably.

Has anyone seen such an animal?  I've tried Ebay, Etsy, and my local fabric shop with no luck.
