This is gonna be really long...
Three cheers! I'm back in Melbourne. Sale was utterly boring.
I don't think i've every worked so much, watched so many movies and slept so little in my life!
Where do i start..
DAY 1:
The night before i left, i didn't sleep, i pulled an all nighter and talked on the phone until i had to go. That was about 0700ish. I couldn't sleep on the way up there because the boss chick drove like a total psycho! We got there around noon and pretty much started work straight away. We being myself and two other dudes from Melbourne; Chris and Stuart. We worked through until about 11 or so that night.
We were all so exhausted from the first day, but we got drunk anyway heh.
We each had a room to ourselves, but somehow i managed to score the deluxe suit, so everybody seemed to be in my room ALL the freaking time. I had cable tv, dvd, a microwave, a couch! Chris and Stuarts rooms had a bed and a tv.
Chris's room sucked so bad.. the TV didn't work properly.. i'm thinking it was the impact it had with a garlic bread at high speeds. His heater didn't work either.. maybe that had something to do with him kicking it *shrug* ;P
The next week just consisted of us working out arses off. Chris and Stuart got fired. Apparently the owner thought they were crackheads (they did look pretty bad from lack of sleep.) I was supposed to be going home that weekend for 2 days and coming back up.. so the dicks at the motel booked out my room and i had to stay in Stuarts room for a couple of nights. I put a pillow in between us in the bed and told him if he touched me i'd punch him in the face(he'd been sending me sms all week asking for "a root" errgh).
Anyway, the guys got sent home and i was left all alone :( ..But Chris came back up to stay with me. He's the coolest, we're definately gonna remain friends. He came and hung out with Steve and the Friday night crew this weekend. (we got back saturday arvo) which was awesome. He got along well with everyone :)
Sunday night i went to Trudi, Shannon and Rae's and watched Harry potter 1&2.. Does anyone else think Harry is gonna be fully cute in 5 years time? :P
I got home about midnight, and shortly after got a call from Alli and Steve. Alli was having a party. So i headed round there and got drunk. There was only about 10 or so people there when i arrived. They all passed out and Dave, Sarah and i stayed up and watched "Legally Blonde 2".. i loved it!
Monday night Steve and i watched "Gothika" "sex lives of the potato men" and "shrek 2".. and tonight we watched "House of the dead" (whoever said house of the dead was good needs to be biten!)
So i guess even though the trip sucked mostly.. there were a few positives. I came out of it with a kickarse friend, some rad billabong jeans and a big wad of cash!
I've been asked to go up and work in Horsham for a few weeks soon.. but iunno. Dunno if i can handle another dead end town and delay my trip to America much longer (although you must admit, i'm doing a good job of that :P)
