yeah it's really very hard to pace yourself esp when so many pple ard you are just chionging. then when someone overtakes you you just feel like you have to go faster and catch up. i don't really care which place i come in as long as its not the last and the timing's not too bad can already.after all it's only my first run.
haah like that might as well go and run yourself! then you won't see anyone and can take however long you want.
ohoh i saw the spca one! but too bad its on the same day as the realrun otherwise it must be very fun running with dogs and dogowners i will surely go. the terry fox is over already right? must wait for next year.

my calves are already exploding so i give up. as long as they're not flabby can already. but we shouldn't do any slopes next time cos it's really bad for the knees. i wonder what happens to marathoners when they grow old.
yeah we went off with the first batch. i think it only matters that you're in front if you're out to win the race, otherwise start anywhere also can, can finish can already la. but ALOT of pple are out to win man. either that or they're just kiasu.
