Thanks for the prayers!
And Thank God for his support in the surgery room. The surgery is now over and everything went well. Preliminary tests (quick biopsies of the stuff they had to cut out as they cut it out) show that the cancer had not spread beyond what they had known about before, and as a great plus, they were able to preserve my dad's entire stomach. Yay God! Yay Surgeon! My Dad's now got a 2-3 hour recovery period in the intensive care unit, and then on to a two week stay in the intermediate care unit. They say he won't be able to remember much about today, but we will get to see him when he gets to the intermediate care unit. Praise God and Glorify His Name.
