i think it is 8th of august...

1st time visit to d panel clinic regarding d pain in my stomach...
it was bloated...n feel pain most of the time at d left side of the tummy
doc said it was coz of d gas n give me some charcoal pils n pils to ease my bowel system.

d next day...i mange to flush out some 'rubbish' but d stomach still bloated n pain.
i ve let

still taking medicine hope it ll b ok afterwards.
spa is d best til pearl thinking of going this weekend too...but i ask him to save for his parents anniversary cos he wanted to let them try...
at d same time v go together gether!!
haha...he like big kid everyday keep saying spa spa spa...even yesterday i got sick leave he asked me to try if there is no fully book then v go spa...

he dah jadi gila spa!!!

it depends on wat package u take...
there is 75mins minimum til 180 minuites...

i did d 75mins one include body scrup, steam bath, shower, back n shoulder massage, ear candle treament, eye pillow treatment n ginger t,

there is facial also for those 120 mins or 180 mins one...
depends one...next time u balik v go together gether ya:)
