comic books
so i couldnt go to sleep last night..so i was just layin in bed thinkin about some of the most random things..you know how it is when your half asleep but cant really go to sleep...anyways, so i got up to go get water and i looked at my book cases and the one by my closet is full of old comic books..really old ones...and then the bookcase by my two windows is half empty cuz my brother has taken all the good comic books with him. so i got my water and came back in and i looked at some of the crummy comics...and i thought about how my brother has every issue of x-men from the first one ever to the newest...and what a dork he was for going to a comic book convention a few months ago...and i was thinking about all the different type of marvel comics...so my brother and i were talking about it and he was like "my collection is worth so much money cuz all the issues are there and they're all in mint condition, and they're fun to read when u got down time..blah blah blah.." and so i got online and i was looking up Captain America cuz on some commerical for a credit card i think..has some of the comic book super heroes and Captain America was the only one i knew besides spider man...anyways...point being i never knew how much thought had to be put into making a comic hero..check out this site.. http://www.marveldirectory.com/individuals/c/captainamerica.htm . i think since my brother has all the x-men one...IF i were to start a collection i'd go with captain amearica its a pretty old comic 1941..altho it makes sense that its based on the great depression and the Nazis and what not since that was the time period...even tho it sounds stupid..its kinda interesting...lol...am i a nerd or what?!
