Sound so much like one of my lecturer in NUS LSM classes. Whoever been through LSM modules for 3 years at least will know who I am talking about. If he ever sends out such survey, wonder what we will say about him
At least this guy sounds like a M16. Remember there was once this China lecturer who spoke like Tamil during his lectures, even the class coordinator professor, whom I know personally, asked me whether I understand the whole lecture series from him cos even he himself dun understand a clue what he said all the while
