Well I did it and I forgot to tell you
+ I made a doctors appointment yesterday. I go tomorrow, which is also my sisters birthday. So at 3:30pm I will be in with Joyce having a grand time. Yay!

I honestly do not remember being hit or falling to injure myself in such a place. I will feel real crappy if the reason I am having this issue is because I sit on my ass way to much during the day. Oh wait... another reason to quit. The cons are mounting. lol
