It's been forever. Update:
I'm really really really poor. No roomate yet, so paying full rent and full bills. I've never been this poor. But it's kind of fun.
Just like studying for anatomy...for fun. Yesterday during breakfast I read all about the intercostal muscles (the muscles between the ribs that assist during inspiration [external intercostals] and expiration [internal intercostals])...I am officially a geek.
I think it's really odd how many shoes I often see on the side of the road or in the middle of busy freeways. Does anybody else find this eerie? Why are there so often single shoes on the road?
Minimum wage went up yesterday. It's at a whopping 7 dollars now. Hooray, before I know it I'll be rich.
The owner of Cheesecake Cafe, the same owner who owns all the HOoters restaurants in Calgary, the same owner who is a right wing conservative judgemental stereotypical "man" who only thinks blonde and big breasted is beautiful and who gave me such a hard time for shaving my head for cancer even though it was for a good cause and even though i got tons of compliments at work...will not let two of the hooters girls shave their heads for cancer because "it isn't classy"...like Hooters IS?!?!?!?
I'm off to watch "Winged Migration" with Geoff and get my ass kicked in rummy. Ciao.
