Is it true that when every being ages, their offsprings would name them frowzy dumping them at the nearest Ol' folk's home?
Not in my lifetime or family history will it happen.
My aunt was recently cheated of her freedom and thrown into an Old folks. Nurses there claimed that she's been crying for almost three days now. I wish I could help her and ease her pain. I'm glad she has God. But my cousin (her son) has really been a let down. Money isn't equivilant to happiness. Does our greed do us any pleasure? It's the cause of our destruction. Another stab in the heart added to my aunt's. Time after time is such recieved from those who are dear. So what if she's suffering from dementia? Definitely, we are responsible for our parents no matter how much wrong they have did to us or caused us.
They are always thought of as burdens, as leeches. We should give people a chance to redeem themselves.
