“Yeah,” he said as he looked away from the ocean through the window and back to Ariadne. He seemed distracted a little bit, but smiled anyways. A flight from Paris to Hawaii was no easy feat and Arthur was beyond exhausted.

"After we've rested," she said, returning his smile. "I bought a new bikini to wear, I hope you'll like it."

“I’m sure I will.” He grinned wider. Ariadne in a bikini was something that Arthur was going to like no matter what.

"Good." She sipped her wine. "I'm glad to see you smiling."

He shrugged. “It’s hard not to when I’m with you.”

[chesstotem]

"At least when we're in Hawaii?" she asked with a little smile.

[point_forgotten]

“Yeah,” he replied, nudging her foot with his under the table.

"What was that for?" she asked, teasing.

[point_forgotten]

"Nothing," he answered innocently enough.

"Playing footsie?"

[point_forgotten]

“Maybe,” he said. He nudged her foot again.

She returned the nudge, letting her foot slide up his leg just a bit. "You're a terrible tease."

He raised his brow. “What about you?”

[chesstotem]

"You started it!" She laughed a little.

[point_forgotten]

“So? You tease me like all the time,” he pointed out.

[chesstotem]

She shrugged. "It's not teasing when you intend to follow through."
