Ok Im not kidding. I really dont think I am capable enough of doing this job and feel like I am WAY over my head. How the hell am I guna get over this one|? In addition, I need to maintain order throughout the back of house as its a mess but have resistance from the staff., I have support from above but I just dont know what the hell i am doing and am sooooo out of my depth :-(
