Once you get into the world, it's interesting to compare it to what you're reading to what you knew and how it's different. Also, you don't have to wait! I had read the first one and then found the second one but had to wait about 2 years before I got the last one in the trilogy. :)

Some of the changes Beddor made were startling, but they really do make sense in the Wonderland world that he has crafted.

Waiting for new books in a series to be released is hard. At least I will be able to read Beddor's trilogy without too much waiting. I am so looking forward to the conclusion of The Hunger Games and who knows when Christopher Paolini will the next book in the Inheritance Cycle. Waiting for all of the Harry Potter books to be released was hard enough, but at least there was so much fanfic and discussions to keep the fans busy. *sigh* I miss that.

I finally got around to reading this and it was just great. The series is something I'd like to have for my permanent collection so I will be buying the whole set. Thanks for letting me borrow this one!
