[Ron's perpetually-confused voice can be heard as he attempts to have a conversaton with an inanimate object. While intrigued, he's feeling rather awkward giving this entire Muggle technology thing a whirl.]
All right, so... I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this thing. It keeps flashing silly lights, or sometimes voices will randomly start talking, though I don't think they're talking to me. And when I press certain buttons, I can sometimes see words, and I think they're associated with the people here, but... well, it all goes way over my head. Help would be fantastic. Help is how I made it through my first year at Hogwarts.
I know that when I press the buttons with letters on them, I can write messages, but I don't know how to send them to specific people. But this voice thing... well, I think I've figured out how it works, so I thought I'd try that.
... of course... I don't know how to shut it off.
[He gives an exasperated sigh before muttering to himself:] Bloody brilliant of you.
