I didn't realize that it had been a while since my last real post.  So here goes.

Everyone is currently mostly healthy.  I can't say 100% healthy because Sam and I have that damn allergy cough.  It just won't go away.  I am now taking 2 Zyrtec a day.  This has stopped my eyes from weeping all the time.  It doesn't seem to make me sleepier during the day but by 9 pm, I am beginning to fade.  I have also begun taking showers at night.  This is to get any pollen off of my body.  I don't know if it is helping much but it can't hurt.

Bonnie and Larry came to visit over the weekend.  We had a bunch of fun with them.  They had to leave Monday, so the kids and I had a quiet Memorial Day at the house.

I have been keeping very busy.  I helped Virgina's school librarian sort the books last week for the last time this year.  And this week, I will be helping at Sam and Natalie's End of Year party on Thursday and Virginia's on Friday.

And we are going to SF again.  I am taking the kids this Saturday and coming back late the following Saturday.  Virginia will miss the last 1/2 day of school on the 6th but it was too good of a chance to pass up.  We weren't planning go again this soon but both of Chris' room mates are going out of town until the 12th.  This gave him free run of the place.  It sure beats staying in a hotel and going out to eat all the time.  When we get back, Virginia will be starting Summer School.  The gifted program in Plano ISD has some interesting classes for the kids to take.  Virginia is signed up for drama, simulations (she gets to be a detective), and science.  She is super excited and can't wait.  She will ride the bus to the school.  It is about 20 minutes away.  She has to be at the bus stop at 7 am and gets home at 12:20 pm.  I hope she enjoys it.

Chris will be coming home over the 4th of July weekend and celebrating his 40th birthday!  I will be sending out an evite next week.  Now to figure out what to put on his birthday cake.  Hmmm.  :-)
