I'm meeting matt for lunch but that's in an hour and I'm hungry and so I'm gonna pass the time here. Sooo hi 2006. Last year was intense, maybe we'll ease up on that this year. Then again, most likely not. Vacation is going...nothing too extreme. Somewhat relaxing. Picking up some shifts at that place that I work at sometimes and watching some movies. Everyone go see Squid and the Whale, it'll help you understand my upbringing (without the divorce though...). I got pants at Nordstroms today...weird. It's ok, they were cheap. So I'm thinking next semester will be pretty funny, and by funny I mean stressful. 3 Emerson stage shows, 2 rareworks shows, project for ld II, oh and the rest of my life. It's ok, I WILL PREVAIL. The world is letting me down a lot lately. For example: the new york times tells me that there is a definite move towards militarism among the younger displaced Tibetan Buddhist. Yeah, those people that are know for peaceful protest. Yeah, those. But hey, the world didn't pay attention to peace, they DO pay attention to suicide bombers in the middle east though...hmm. Looks like the "global community" failed again. Whee. In other news, a lot of reading is happening which is good. I need to order those books for honors. Heh, maternity. Heh. OK, then there's music. in the form of this thing which I've done before but it was a long time ago and so I'm doing it again.
