Lots Forgotten
I have a few lots I forgot to post from months ago. Well, some may have been posted, but I thought I'd try to have more in one spot. I am planning to clear these lots off of my computer as I don't have any of them in my game at the moment. Those that are in my game have been heavily modified since, so I may or may not make a version 2 list at some point in the future.
It is probably a good idea to put all the old lots I've uploaded here in one place. Then I will start a different list for my newer lots.

I will have to try to find the cc lists and add them later. I'm fairly certain I used some cc in all these lots.
4040 Pea Soup Way (Download) (CC) Such a simple one, this is!
An unfurnished 2 bedroom, 2-story foundation home with 2 full baths, pond, attached garage, patio off kitchen/dining room, room to expand and garden.
Lot size: 40x40
Value: Under 35,000
4050 Parkside Place (Download) (CC)
Details: 40x50 lot, 2 Large Upstairs Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Covered Carport, Pond, Unfurnished interior. Room to expand or add a small greenhouse. There is a closet in the foyer on the first floor.
Each bedroom is large enough to accommodate two double beds. Upstairs bedrooms include closets. Perfect for two couples, or a couple with 2-3 kids, or roommates.
The carport includes a covered walkway that wraps around the side of the house to a covered patio. It is also much larger than a typical auto and can be used for a workbench area and exercise area or small stables for horses.
There is a large balcony on the second floor. It does not have ground floor access but there is plenty of room to add stairs so it will be a great place for parties. The lot has been lightly landscaped around the pond.

The lot is unfurnished, but has entrance lighting and minimal landscaping in the front of the house.
Each bedroom has a closet and is spacious enough for a double bed or more than one single bed. The first three levels have room outside the bedrooms to accommodate closets or crib rooms for a quickly growing family. On the second floor, the small crib room/closet is already in place but can easily be enlarged to make an interesting shaped bedroom/music room/study. On the first and third floors, you will need to decide where to add walls to enclose the extra space to make your closet or crib room.
There is a fourth floor that is useable for whatever you want, if you add floors and stairs or a ladder. I added the fourth floor simply to accommodate the "look" I wanted when placing the roof. Keep this in mind if you make a closet/small bedroom out of the extra space on the third floor. That is also why there aren't many windows on the fourth floor. By all means, add some if you think it makes the house look odd and unbalanced without more windows on the fourth floor.
There is some cc, but I tried to keep it minimal.

This is a three story building that also has a basement. The bathrooms are in the basement.
There is a lot of custom content. The first floor has a fireplace and sitting areas where sims can chat while drinking espresso from the espresso bar. Or they can use the computer or play chess.
The second floor has a pool table, poker, and a bar.
The third floor is where sims can play myshuno, or chat online on the computer. There is a balcony where they can play that axe-throwing game.
The inside is fairly well furnished but you will probably want to fill in some empty spaces and add more decor if you want. Some end tables and walls are blank because I had content that wasn't allowed to be uploaded. I also have some mods/hacks that I'm sure people already have or don't want. Hopefully, I removed them all.
Outside, there is a pond and barbecue and quite a bit of landscaping.
Gentle Storm Manor (Download) (CC)

Value: Under 35,000
Features: Two bedrooms, 2 large full baths, attached garage, covered entrance, large patio for dining and entertaining, covered balcony overlooking patio and backyard pond, room for gardening and expanding.
The lot is unfurnished and without landscaping. It is basically just a shell for you to have fun with and change to suit your own tastes. CFE cheat used to attach the garage to the house, so be careful if you decide to use different wall color on the front of the garage.
CC is minimal (for me) just so I don't have to spend a ton of time looking up what came from where when the tooltips are blank. Or sometimes I just remove stuff when the tooltips are blank. Life's too short for all that extra work. Enjoy!
Shape Up for the Beach (Download) (CC)
Details: 50x60 Community Lot that has a swimming pool, hot tub, treadmills, espresso bar, barbecue grill, piano/music room, and two saunas as main activities. The lot is partially furnished. It has four restrooms that include a bath, four shower rooms, and several sinks throughout so your stinky sims can wash up if they are so inclined. The sinks are also nice for your plantsims so they won't need to walk far to get a drink.
There are areas indoors and outdoors I left blank. The outdoor areas can be used by sims to have water balloon fights or you can fill them with other activities or decor. The building is five stories high. I intentionally did not make all the rooms useable but you can modify the lot as you wish. In addition, this lot does not have any lighting, so you will need to add your own. I had several different kinds of lights I wanted to use, but felt I already had enough cc in this lot.

Value: Under 45,000
Features: 2+bedroom, 2 full baths, attached garaged, spacious patio, 2 spacious balconies, pond, large foyer, family room, guest bedroom/study, room to expand, room to garden.
You should know that I used the CFE cheat to attach the garage to the foundation house, so don't use bold colors or bold patterns if you choose to change the wallpaper of the front of the garage.
The lot is unfurnished and without landscaping. It is basically just a shell for you to have fun with and change to suit your own tastes.
CC is minimal (for me). Enjoy!
