Saying it only once...
So Peep lost the kittens, long story short it was just a bad go of things overall and there was little that could have been done. Thankfully she is fine and will be home again within the hour. After she recovers and goes through a heat or two I'll try breeding her one last time - keeping careful track of the calendar and with regular ultrasounds to mark progress etc.
I'm fine, rather miserable and shitty but thats understandable. Things happen but its much harder when they're my kittens, I'm just glad Peep is alright. I'm making this post and putting it in my away message because I simply don't want to talk about it. I'll probably be generally unfriendly for awhile or a terrible internal angst bag - which is why the away message will be up. Y/Y? Good.
