EDIT: Okay, so Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I have English 101 from 11:15 to 12:10 and Psychology 101 from 12:20 to 1:15. Then on Tuesdays and Thursdays I have Speech and Communication 101 from 12:45 to 2:05 and then Statistics (Math 153) from 2:20 to 4:05.
A few interesting things that have happened over the past week or so since I last updated:
1. I've gotten Mel and Gretchen interested in Psychonauts. We've planned a get-together so I can show Mel the stuff I've already been able to show Gretchen.
2. I saw a car while driving back from a friend's grad party in VA that had ' PSICORP ' on its license plate. So either they're a big Babylon 5 fan or the Psychonauts have a corp.
3. That same drive back there was a truck with Japanese writing on the side.
4. My mom had a tooth pulled.
5. Gretchen is talking about taking a group of my friends and I down to Gettysburg (Was that it? My memory just literally went blank.) and staying in a haunted hotel and taking a bunch of ghost tours.
6. I bought my ticket to Otakon '08!
7. We've entertained the idea of possibly going out to play laser-tag.
8. On July 3rd I take my Driver's test for my license DX
9. I have rediscovered my love for the show Freakazoid. Especially a certain villain whose name you aren't supposed to say, but whose initials are CJ. Yeah. That one. The meme.
10. I may or may not buy a subscription once I get my license and a job and get started on college.
11. The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack is adorable. Honestly. It really is. And I thought so before my twisted mind found the gay fanart. Yeah. I'm trying to keep my mind from corrupting my view of it as a cute little kid wanting to go on cute little kid adventures. It's not working very well...
ALSO: Okay, so today I go and register for classes at my college orientation. Should be fun...not. I hope I can get good classes and don't have to go to school 6 days a week like my friend Allyson (she has, like, 7 hours of class on Saturday because of the science labs). I'll update later with my schedule once I get it sorted out. I plan on trying to get my overall requirements done first, instead of the specific arts requirements. It'd be fun to get Psychology (so I can go into Abnormal Psych later, which I'm tempted to actually make my minor), and Zoology sounds fun. Into to Mythology sounds cool as well. I am not happy about having to take that stupid speech course that everyone has to take. I hate speaking in public, glossophobia (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glossophobia) I believe, so a class focused solely on that is a nightmare for my.
