Gratitude Journal: #48 - baaaaaaby animals!
I am grateful for baby animals.
For their tiny feet, and sweet little expressions.
1. All the smart people know that Everything is better with kittens.
That means these Red Squirrel kits are sublime. [*]

2. A baby wombat, who looks like Alice's Dormouse ought to look. (Or maybe it's the teacup?):
3. When the going gets tough, you knit the spineless hedgehog a sweater... (his face says he is not sure about the colour):
4. I always think first snow is magickal, too:
5. Who says big has to be badass and dangerous? (The duckling's expression is priceless.)
6. Is this not the best expression? "Whew!" he seems to say:
[*] Nomad and I have failed on multiple occasions to see the famed British red squirrel in its natural habitat -- and we have gone looking! Only the arrogant greys accost us, and we swear the red ones are a myth. (One would think that surely the ponies of the New Forest gave us good PR...)
