Christmas Cocktail at Empire Hotel
our company was invited to a christmas cocktail at empire hotel

i must say, the place was impressive, nice and the food spread especially.....
made me all excited !!!

presentations is interesting...
it gets an A
love how the strawberry drips down towards the cheese....
that thick cheese at the bottom... thats my fav cheese..
but i have no idea what type of cheese is it
quail pate in either bread or meat
super delicious salmon with generous cheese inbetween !!!
and i was too late at the sushi bar...
else i'd get a pretty wasabi christmas tree
yummy !!!! i took a whole lot and 2nd helping too !
now this was really interesting..
the alcohol section... eggnog
with changing lights around
and dry ice which creates the mist effect...
truely interesting
a whole lot of selection of food...
pastas, lamb, turkey with cranberry,
oysters, seafood, etc etc
the dessert table !
super long table which i only took photos of part of it
that chocolate log cake is fantastic
even better with the chocolate fudge provided..
and i helped myself to mix it with some ice cream from the ice cream corner...
fruits table beside the chocolate fountain..

the washroom
i dont know why i had a strong feeling to stay for the lucky draw
and true enough.. i had to go up and collect the prize
sadly... it wasnt for me =S
a free night stay at empire at the premier essential plus
plus RM100 to spend on their restaurant
i love their hotel... decorate really beautifully and modern..
anyway my colleague's name was called out and i took it for her..
she suggested that we share her prize.. but i told her to bring her family / mom to stay for the night
after the dinner i went to mcds to take away SJ's dinner
i should have known he was trying to stall me (i guess)
mcds was terrible today.. their machine must be spoilt or something
i waited for 15 min just for the fillet o fish & nuggets
they quickly gave me extra free fries (damnnn i'm too full to eat any fries! arghhh )
and allowed loads of oreos mcflurry add on for free
the terrible thing was that i went out and the whole drive thru ss15 mcds was jam...
because the drive thru was stuck, one whole circle..
finally i reached home and what a nice surprise !!!!
a tall christmas tree !! hehehehe
silly SJ kept saying it wasnt him.. so i was wondering if laura bought it..
but i caught him... hahaha....
mochi accompained us while we fluff up the tree
mochi is a good model
want some burger mochi ?
large burger for large doggy hehe
mochi played with his red toy on his imatteress
and then came to keep us company again when we were flufffing up the tree
he sat at my leg
and here he has fallen asleep hahaa
siew jin is at the other side of the tree ... fluffing ;D
