*makes a note to dangle Dzemaili in front of you in potentially awkward moments*

That's true, what I really mean is: Good for him that he's having success, but god it's annoying because the fangirl squee tends to ruin things that otherwise might be good. (I realize this hurts only me, and that I need to get over it. I'M TRYING OK.) (I worry about your wikipedia, my friend -- are you using the Romanian one? Robben is definitely and Bayern and definitely Dutch! And the fangirl magnet guy I was trying to think of is Ibrahim Afellay, who wiki says really is Dutch and at Barca. But either hurt or hated, cos I don't think he's done anything in ages. That's something, anyway.)

Aw, Mario. That's fabulous, I hope he stays there forever with Paddy. Give them a decade, they'll be running the whole place (even more than they are now), and Mario will be speaking full-blown Mancunian. Paddy will do all the press, tho, for obvious reasons.

OT2: (I'm having that problem more and more. Makes me feel horrible old when time slips by like that.) *facepalm* Trust you find a positive outcome here! ;) Maybe he'll get the baby deer Colombian into weed, and they can giggle and be adorable awkward together. <----an alarmingly appealing prospect. Crap. Are you going to make me write sweet, silly Racing fic?! (Speaking of, I've got your cornerflag open in a browser window! Real chance I'll read it AND your second chapter (christ I suck, I really enjoy that story, too) soon, esp since I got a long plane flight coming up this week.)

XD Lol I used to make notes to dangle him in front of you! Nice to know people find him cute wherever he is.

So true. Fanboy whinging isn't much better, though. (Bloody hell, my mind just totally failed to recognise the Dutch flag. Why does it not have orange in it?! Poor old Afellay.)

Hm. Well, let's hope Mario avoids a meltdown situation; if Cassano can grow up and be sensible, anyone can. (Yeah, I'd put Paddy in PR too, as long as there are no opportunities for kicking anyone. Blimey, this is like our Sanford & Son conversation all over again.)

OT2: Heh heh heh. XD It must be his amiable little face that makes that image spring to mind. Or the thought of Lavezzi's Argentine adventures with Pablo Barrientos; and, after all, that turned out OK for them! (Yaaaaay! Write the fic! I think the next Cornerflag is national teams, though, so you've got an escape hatch.) Hurrah! \o/ I love people reading my stuff! I shall go to bed smiling now.

Bugger, totally missed your Dan Petrescu text. Apparently he's at Kuban Krasnodar? I don't see why he shouldn't work in Russia; lots of Romanians have gone there in the past and, well, there's plenty of money there now. *Happens to notice the teams he used to play for* OH MY GOD HE WAS AT BRADFORD CITY?! This is clearly the finest gentleman in the world!
