it's not an actual photo - it's these two edited together.
It's not much of a revelation, since presumably readers wanted to see Christi with Adelina rather than a random bald gadge, but media deceptions always interest me. Plus, the knowledge that the Chivus did not wear those outfits TOGETHER and at the SAME TIME might provide some succour to those fashion-sensitive souls who wept over this earlier.
