[my notes: Not just mistakes, but results the ceo didn't like, no matter whether the decision was correct or not and we just got a bad break!!] And we're now running national education systems where mistakes are the worst thing you can make. And the result is that we are educating people out of their creative capacities."
There's a lot more in here than just the above quote, including a notation that kids who are in school now will not be retiring until after 2060, and that we are supposed to be educating them now, and simultaneously have no frickin' clue what 2013 will actually look like, much less 2030 or 2050.
