being too honest...
Take an apple. No matter how perfect it is to begin with and how tasty it looks, if you try to keep it for any period of time, it eventually begins to rot and crumple. It could have the shiniest skin and be larger and rounder than any of the other apples you have ever seen. You could keep it in a satin box, wrapped in cotton wool, but eventually the apple will still decompose and cease, then all you will be left with is a rotten box of nothing much at all.
I don't want love to be an apple anymore... I want it to be the tree that is strong and ever growing and year after year shares it's apples which are plentiful so that they can be enjoyed and not hoarded and every apple that falls will grow into a new tree and one day there will be an entire orchard of apple trees and their roots will entwine under the ground and their foundations will be strong.
