getting blown up in DT
lol, yesterday i nearly got blown up in design technology (DT for short), i shall tell you the story..here goes:
ok, so its a double lesson, I sat next to this boy called Jamie, with Brad and Jo infront of us. We all get on quite well and Brad and Jamie are really funny. anyway, our DT rooms are kinda rubbishy and there are these bits on the wall that kinda stick out a bit, the wires run through them and there are these little circles in the wall that let you access the wires or something I think. yea so Jamie, being the idiot that he is goes "I'm going to cut the wires and see what happens" so, he gets a pair of scissors and pokes them in the hole. Joe and Brad turned round to see wot he was doing and I remembered that the scissors he was using has metal blades so i said "the scissors are metal, you'll electricute yourself or something" altho I don't think he heard me. All of a sudden there was a massive explosion, a sparks shot onto Jamie and I, all over our work, onto his shirt and right over my head, everyone kinda went silent and was like "oh my god what was that" and Jamie said he hadn't even cut the wire, it just exploded. Jamie,Brad,Joe and I kinda jumped 50 foot in the air when it happened, we were all like shocked and burst out laughing, then the whole class came to see what had happened so Jamie was telling them and they were all like "110% for intelligence Jamie, sticking metal to wires, u twat." There were burn marks in our work and on Jamie's shirt. It was so lucky the teacher wasn't in the room, although when she got back she couldn't smell the burning smell, haha. All through the rest of the lesson all the boys were taking the piss out of Jamie and hinting to the teacher about what had happened but she was too thick to understad *rolleyes* Someone asked her whats in the walls and she said abot the wires and someone asked what voltage they are and she replied "240 volts!" If he'd of cut them...well...I dont wanna know what may of happened. I couldn't stop laughing for like an hour cause everyone was taking the piss out of him and he was getting really mad, because if the teacher found out he would probably get suspended. hahaha, so thats the funny story :)
In my third lesson of that same day I had science which was also pretty funny. Ok, so our teacher Mr Moran is a complete twat and can't control none of his classes so no one ever does any work. Theres this girl who is in foster care and is kinda bad at school, so anyway, this lesson everyone was doing no work and they were all kinda bored so they decided to throw stuff like glue sticks at the teacher and then they were trying to stick a 'Kick Me' sign on his back, he's pretty stupid so he wouldn't notice. So Julie went up to him to ask for paper and to try and stick the sign on his back but it didn't work this time, about 10 mins later she tried again. She went up to him with a book and asked for help, by this time he was getting so mad with the class and he shouted at her really loud which got her mad, so she started swearing at him and threw the science book at him. He went and got another teacher but Julie has this slip saying she can walk out of lessons or something so she was busy shouting and swearing at him and the whole class was throwing stuff around. It was so funny, me and my mate were just sat there watching and laughing so much. It came to the end of the lesson and people just started walking out, one guy stuck a glue stick on another classroom door and the teacher there got so mad, lmao. It was very funny.
In my first lesson which was maths we started coursework, we had two pieces to choose from, T Totals and Hidden Faces. He told us that Hidden Faces was an easier piece to do so me and my mate said we would do that because we did T Totals last year and its really boring. So we asked our teacher and he said no, so we were like why not and he said that if we do that for coursework he would have to put us in for the foundation paper in our GCSE's which means we would get a D, so my friend goes "we don't mind" she said this because we know we're gonna fail maths anyway so it dont matter. He was like "do you realise what your saying" and we just sat there and he walked off. So we sat there all lesson and did nothing because the T Totals work was too hard, he came over and goes "what are you doing just sitting there?" and we just kept quiet so he said "are you annoyed with me because I wont let you do the Hidden faces" and we stayed silent, which really annoyed him so he went "please talk to me" but we stayed silent and he just wondered off saying "fine then" and me and my mate just cracked up, it was so funny. Then he set stupid homework which was to finish the coursework. hahahaha no. My lesson was so funny *rollseyes*, so that was basically the best day of the whole week. lmao :)
