There is pretty serious damage to the roof/ceiling in both my room and Jen (my roommate)'s room. As a result, we both had to move all of our stuff out of our rooms. Jen is in Arkansas for a friend's wedding for the rest of the week. Yours truly will be sleeping on the couch in the living (along with all of her stuff) this week.
The sight of my room with all of the stuff moved out of it makes me feel really depressed. Yes, it's obviously a very, very good thing that my roof is getting fixed. It would certainly be bad if it caved in completely!!!!! But even though I know that it's just temporary, seeing the room where I've been living completely bare makes me feel kind of lonely.
*sigh* I'll look forward to moving back in.
