Here’s my take on hurricane Katrina. It was really really bad and nothing could have been done to prevent most of the stuff that happened.
Now here’s my take on people who have retarded opinions on what could have or should have been done.
Some ask, “why did people stay, why didn’t they just leave?” This is usually asked by people who have plenty of money or they’re just naïve about the living standards of a lot of people in New Orleans or Biloxi. It is not that easy to just get up and leave if you don’t have the money to do it. Plus, a lot of people bought plane tickets to leave on Saturday but they all got cancelled for some ill advised reason. So those people got fucked too.
“Why did they build a city below sea level?” It’s the fucking coastline asshole. So a couple hundred years ago they would be like “look at all this nice land that could be used for a seaport, farming, fishing, and other good things. We can’t build anything here though because it’s below sea level. But how the fuck do I know this since I have nothing to measure that. What, no fucking instrument to measure the inland relative to the sea?”
“They could have done this, they could have done that.” Shut the fuck up.
Most of this stuff is coming from people at the academy who are stupid, weird and awkward that don’t know when to stop talking.
