I haven't lifted in over a week. I just haven't had the motivation to lift - and I feel like I'm already loosing muscle. I know, I know - you can't loose it that quickly... and I'm sure my body needed the rest.
MUST write my FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION review and e-mail it in by tomorrow. But, I'm just stumped as to what to write. UGH.
That, and a paper due on Thursday. Which I haven't started. AWESOME.
