end of fall term 2006...
First, some of the art I made this term:
1st project in sculpural ceramics - bust approx. 10 inches high, glazed with margeret's black and salt fired.
3rd project in ceramics - imitation of Mary Lou Alberetti - approx. 9 inches tall, glazed in margeret's black and fired normal cone 6
Intro to tapestry weaving - rather than completing 3 projects during the term, the entire class only finished one 14"x14" on the looms.
I have yet to mount it and sew back the warp threads.
