3. Add a Levels Adjustment Layer

Red: 19, 1.52, 255
Green: 0, 1.28, 255
Blue: 0, .94, 190
4. Add a Selective Coloring Adustment Layer
Reds: +8, -12, +20, 0
Yellows: -100, -11, 0, 0
Magentas: 0, -100, 0, 0
Whites: 0, 0, 0, +10
Neutrals: +6, +6, +8, +2
5. Add a Color Balence Adjustment Layer
Shadows: 0, 0, +9
6. Create a new layer
Fill it with #ffd78f
Set it to Overlay 21%
7. Create a new layer
Fill it with #d6a8ce
Set it to Color Burn 12%
8. Create a new layer
Fill it with #97cef0
Set it to Linear Burn 22%
9. Add this texture by Banquier
Set it to Lighten 100%


10. Duplicate the original image
Set it to Overlay 35%
11. Add this texture by me : )


12. Finished!
