I have been rec'ing this story everywhere, but only because of how much I truly enjoyed it. I remember reading this and not expecting it to be that powerful, you know? But boy I was definitely wrong.
Based off the movie Angel Eyes. It's filled with a lot of heavy emotions, so TISSUE WARNING, ahead of time. It's basically about perseverance. Well at least to me. Jared and Jensen begin to help and heal each other in small, but powerful ways as they explore a strong connection between them that seems to bring them together.
It's such a beautifully told story, that I will say right now I CRIED during. Jared and Jensen are both so broken but incredibly sweet and strong. Their connection and love is a thing of beauty as they work to heal each other from separate instances and tragedies. It's definitely a long, great fic to delve into and treasure.
