30 if you're counting the year jump in season 6. But technically neither does the showrunners so doesn't really matter hahah

I think they completely ignore the random jumps, because really it's supposed to be 2013 in Supernatural but it's 2012 so I just go with what the showrunners say lol it saves my sanity.

I guess they assume it might be to confusing for people. Which it kind of is, and they also might assume no one would notice but I guess they don't know how attentive to detail we are lol
