Sunday Morning - I was laying on the couch and all the sudden my lower back around my kidneys started hurting. It hurt ALL day long! Even 3 Advil didn't even phase it. So this morning I woke up a little before 6 and hurt like HELL. My Dad was getting ready and as he was leaving for work I informed him I was going to the doctor because I could barely even move without hurting.
So around 8:30 I called for an appointment which was at 2:15. Called work, cleared it for the day off, and watched TV feeling sorry for myself. Went to the Doctor's office and saw his Nurse Practitioner - Turns out I have a strained muscle and she gave me some Flexeril (muscle relaxer) and had me get some ThermaCare.
Needless to say - I'm a little loopy and about to go to bed. I've had such a fun day and will have such a fun Tuesday as I try to go back to work. Nite Nite Kids.
