stop abusing the word 'welfare'! it seems that the ones who use it only seek their own personal gain by pretending to be giving others welfare. it's reciprocal but also disgustingly misleading. a few good deeds cannot equate to the countless times one has to lose his right to a day off because of spontaneous decisions made by another, who has more power over his subordinate. maybe I should just leave, it's not like they really need me. i take responsibility seriously, the lack of leadership is what bothers me, because the line is always blurred by double standards. yet you need these people who lack in certain areas to help you get through things you are not well versed in. there are no real concrete guidelines, and even if there are... it still doesn't mean shit. because at the core of the problem are the ones "leading" the so called institution.
