Mental Health Questionnaire
What is your diagnosis & how do you currently feel about your diagnosis?: Mine is kind of up in the air, my therapist thinks I have major depression with mixed features and psychosis and my psych Nurse Practitioner says schizoaffective disorder. I also have anxiety (general and social anxiety) and trichotillomania and grief. I've also had BPD thrown around in the past but my current providers do not think I meet full criteria for BPD. I also had PTSD thrown around due to both parents dying suddenly in 2008 and 2009 and my husband killed himself in 2011 and I had a boyfriend die in 2015, but I do not meet full criteria now so I list it as grief.
Are you receiving outside help/support, for your diagnosis?: Yes I see a therapist weekly, a psych nurse practitioner for meds and I have a case manager. I also go to NAMI meetings once to twice a week.
Are you interested in having e-friends to support you? How will this encourage you?: Yes, I am more ( ... )
