I'm furious & disappointed with these people!
I'm terribly disgusted by alot of people's action these days. They are not responsible enough at all. They don't know how to show respect to authors/writers. I'm not feeling good about this. I'm not trying to say that I'm a very good author (in fact, I think I'm not very good at writing) but no matter how good or how bad of an author am I, do show some respect! If you come and read the fics, be nice enough to leave a comment. Even if you leave just ONE comment when you get to the epilogue, it's fine with me. At least I know someone appreciate my works. It's an act of courtesy. It's a basic behavioral manner.
The reason why I keep all the fics open to the public is because I want to share them with you. But there are ALOT of people who took advantage of this and are not kind enough to leave comments on whatever works they are reading on. They take it for granted. Now I understand why there are some authors out there who choose to f-lock their fics or even close down their whole account because of this kind of shit. They're not stupid, they're merely making themselves be better.
If you want to read the fics, then at least be a respectful and responsible reader. Show respect to the people who took a lot of effort to write. You can ask around and I'm sure there are many authors who can tell you the same thing. They won't feel happy when they put in a lot of hard work in their fics YET they received zero appreciativeness from so-called readers.
I'm sorry to those readers who are kind enough to leave me nice and wonderful comments all along. I appreciated and would treasure them. Thank you very much! So maybe you guys can ignore this post of mine. But to those people who just come and go in this LJ, seriously, ask yourself this question. If one day, you were to write a fic and you receive the same treatment, will you be alright with it? You think you are coming in and leaving here anonymously? What a joke!
I have always feel very upset ever since I started writing and posting fics up when the comments are few YET the statistics showed a different case, so there were many times I felt like giving up on this. But I got over and continued for I want to bring out and share them with you people. But seems like other than my friends (here in LJ) and supportive readers, no other people appreciates them.
I know when I say I'm gonna leave this, meaning no writing anymore, many will rejoice. But seriously, these people left me with NO CHOICES. I dont really like to see my works getting low responses when the statistics obviously said opposite things! You can criticise me for as much as you want here, here in this post, but my feeling is kind of fixated.
Like I once said before, I may lock up the posts in here in future but I dont know when. And my answer till now is still pretty much the same. Because there's no point in locking them when many have already read it. But maybe, just maybe, a new solution came upon to me.
I may delete everything off from here by then.
Thanks Rei for accompanying me and comforting me. I cant say I felt better but no matter what, I think it's a must thing for me to post up this notice now. You all can hate me for all I care now after reading this, I... just want to take a break at the moment. I feel very hurt, depressed and disappointed now, afterall, I have been here for more than 2 years and yet, this is what I got in return.
I'm sorry if this post hurt some loyal readers' hearts, I dont mean to and certainly is not talking about you. *hugs you great people*
Its pointed to all anonymous guests and some great people who came in with their user accounts made known YET leaving nothing behind, not even a word of "thanks". I'm honestly and seriously disappointed with you people.
