Fed Up!
I'd just like to appologise for this entry in advance. It's going to be one of those 'I need to have a rant and a moan' entries.
*takes deep breath*
Bloody weather!
I've always been a fan of snow. It's always held a very magical quality for me but right now I hate it.
As for the bitter cold, well I hate that too.
Everything's gone wrong this Christmas. My family and I had decided to keep everything simpler this year, as money is extremely tight and yet somehow, this 'simpler' christmas has been plagued with nothing but problems!
We're still waiting for parcels to arrive; we've not wrapped a single gift yet; we've still got food to buy (if there's any left at the supermarket when we get there on Wednesday); we've run out of money and have been barely managing and have to wait until tomorrow when I finally get paid; we've not managed to decorate our Christmas Tree yet and when I brought it inside to do it this morning, the damn thing started to drip snow and ice all over the floor, so I now have to wait for it to dry off before I can decorate it.
And the worst part? All of the above has to be done in the next couple of days, even though I'm also going to work every day.
I just wish we had decided not to bother this year to be honest.
