a tired saturday
woke up early today to get some work done before the guys came over for out Vietnam meeting.
then slowly, at 10 plus, they started all arriving and we started getting work done. very good :D some changes made again as usual, and we cleared some stuff out of the way. now all we have in front of us is one huge stumbling block: the teachers. we can only proceed with their approval on all our plans. but today's meeting was really tiring. and we ordered pizza for lunch! :D everyone just gobbled down the slices, cos we were really very hungry. and in the end they ate like 2 bags of chips, 1 bag of marshmallows, 2 apples and countless containers of water lol :D we are amusing when we eat so much :D okay then they all left at 3 plus.
after they left, i quickly typed in the remaining minutes and sent it out, and had my head was aching at one side of my head. that's like how weird la -.- so i went to sleep! for about 1 and a half hours. and now im awake, showered and packing!
ah! once i start packing, i start feeling that OKAY I'M ACTUALLY GOING AWAY. hoho :D that day at the airport i alrdy felt like flying off la! and it's damn fun to pack for a summer holiday. just THROW t-shirts, tanks, shorts, skirts and jeans inside. (okay that's practically everything haha!) packing for winter countries is like. LONG-SLEEVE LONG-SLEEVE THICKER THE BETTER! ><
and guess what my first stop is? Universal Studios and Hollywood! :D and the day after is Disneyland! geezers i sound like some deprived child la -.- actually i'm most looking forward to Disneyland, Grand Canyon, the San Franciso coast and the Golden Gates Bridge (read: ALOT of gays!). we aren't visiting nay museums which is a little sad though but it's okay! museums another time! and i'm transitting through Tokyo on the way there, and Hong Kong on the way back. okay i'm going to buy a gazillion food from the airport.
my only misgiving about this trip is that we're going on tour. I HATE TOURS. cos i hate having to stick to a schedule ON A HOLIDAY, and being rushed through things. okay faster do this faster do that.. we have to be at blahblah at blahblah time! stop taking pictures alrdy! the bus is leaving! omg go and die la. but what to do. pa doesn't want to drive, cos he's tired of driving everytime we go on trips, and he didn't really like driving in US, cos it's left-hand driver, so he doesn't want to do it again. although what i heard is that renting a car (from Hertz) is bloody cheap, and getting your way around US is pretty easy. oh wells. it's okay (: when i go there again in future, i'll drive! I WILL BE ABLE TO DRIVE HOHO :D
and not only are we on tour, but we can't extend our holiday. as in its possible, but because of some shift in management in pa's company, and plus my looming CTs, he wants to come back earlier and settle stuff (he's like so busy that he even went to work today -.-) and i would feel much safer coming back earlier to study.
SO ACTUALLY MY TRIP IS SO SHORT ): ): that's how sad.
OKAY NEVERMIND. i must really chiong after i come back. doubt i'll suffer from jetlag. and i'm bringing some work to US to study. but you think i would study meh? the sun sets at 8 plus, and thus shops would close at 10 plus? hoho i no need to study le! ps: i remembered the sun set once at 9pm in Lille, France! OH SHIT I MISS FRANCE LIKE CRAZY. i don't even mind giving up my US trip to go to France one more time. okay maybe not :p
