Yesterday I fought traffic from 3:55 til almost 6:30 I think. It sucked...accidents everywhere. I went from school up in Powell to Jess's school in the ghetto off of Livingston then over to the Bob's by Sarah's. I had dinner with SarahJane, Jessee, Steph, and her new boyfriend. It was quie enjoyable. I went back to Sarah's for awhile and we chatted away while we watched HomeAlone. She pointed out some disturbing pics that made me laugh forever and that will scar me for life.
I worked the lunch shift today at Chang's. We have these big double glass doors. This guy opened the first set and and then ran right into the second set. My section was up front, so I heard the pounding of his head into the glass, and then I heard the hosetess bust out laughing. Apparently he did some major damage though and the managers had to get him some bandages cuz he was bleeding pretty bad (the glass didn't break, so I'm not sure how the bleeding occurred.) Mike DeWine and his family came in for lunch. I think he lossed though. Or maybe not. I don't know.
I got the great wall of chocolate to-go this afternoon. I wiped away almost half of it already :-) I'm still hungry, but I think I'm going to go get some dinner.
It's Saturday. And my evening consists of going to Target for some stuff, picking up dinner, writing to Dorothy Elizabeth (finally), and coming up with a fun review for my math classes. Yes, you should probably be jealous. It sounds lame, but I'm quite content with it. Jess is gone for the weekend (like almost always), Val's in AZ, Steph is with her boyfriend, Sarah's working, and I'm not sure where others are. I guess I just don't care tonite.
I think my Christmas present to myself is going to be an automatic starter for my car. I have no idea how much it is going to cost to get it and get it installed. I thinking $300ish??? I know that's a lot of money. And it's not like I'm rolling in major dough right now, but I do have enough for it and I really think it's worth it since I have to leave at 6:50am and soon it's going to be about 25* out then and I'm a brat and I don't want to have to go out to start it, go back inside while it heats up, and then leave. No, I could just push a button from my window, and BAM!, it's started and warming up :-)
Next week I'm teaching all day in my classroom 3 days and every day in the morning :-)
I need to get a Christmas card for Dorothy Elizabeth.
K....going now.
Miss me!
