Personally, I'll opt for Commandment #9: Don't lie on your neighbor.

I'd say a lie that costs your neighbor (Iraq), by some estimates, 100,000 lives and currently malnourished children and a bunch of disabled people is a pretty grievously immoral thing, wouldn't you?
