I'm not really sure what i weighed yesterday because the scale said 3 different things within 15 minutes of each other. It was just like 1,2,3 or 5,6,7, a pound difference in each case but still.

Yesterday i ate a chicken sandwich quite early and then when i got home had some lettuce, beetroot, cucumber and tuna, with no dressing. It really was as boring as it sounds! Walked for 2 hours and 10 minutes, used my exercise bike for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Weighed myself this morning and i was a pound down from the lowest weight which showed yesterday morning so i'm pleased.

2 more pounds and i've reached my birthday target, which i still have until the 10th to do! So i think i'm going to try and lose another 3lbs by then. Fingers crossed i'm not jumping ahead of myself and i can manage it.
