Long awaited update~
:P I'm not going to bother filling in stuff from the last few months. Lots of bad stuff happened, one person in particiliar deserves to die, and work is pissing me off. Other than that, lots of good things happened too.
- Got an Xbox
- Got Dragonquest 8
- Made some friends at work
- Developed a schedule that works for both me and Sarah
- Got my taxes filed
- Still financially stable
- Watched moon child. :O Good stuff!
Other than that, there's alot of work to be done in the next two months. Gotta get a new apartment by the end of may, or pay like $800/month staying here. I vote for the first option. ;P Sarah and I are looking for a place deeper in grand rapids, which scares the shit out of me. I _really_ don't want to live that far out there, but hey, wtf, I should grow a pair and be willing to go 20 minutes out of my bubble, y'know?
Umm... DQ8 is good. I'm on the last boss. Quite a bit of difficulty in this game, there is. Probably just because I'm used to FF games. The only other DQ game I beat was Dragon Warrior for the NES, and that was when I was less than 7 years old... and uh, my mom beat it for me. o_o
On a good note, I woke up at 2:30ish with a call from work saying my shift was cancelled (:D Free day off!), and immediately following that I recieved a call from a place asking me for a formalized interview for a Tech Service position. XD It's only 2:30, and already a great day!
Well, for those who for some reason still read my LJ -- I want to note something. People keep asking me to move to Myspace. This is just not going to happen. Why, you ask? I started this journal just before I was a sophomore in highschool. That's a _LOT_ of stuff. Until there's a standardized way to move stuff from one journal service to the next -- or they all become interlinked, I won't quit this journal. I'm not a quitter. Look at how I smoke, for example. XD
