yo, writing my paper. just taking a break.
a lots been going on. mainly, i'm excited to play Intramural 4 v 4 Flag Football of which I am captain of. My team is called Gangstas. +). cool, that smiley is funny haha. our first game is tomorrow and we got 1 on wednesday and thursday too. we had a practice game last friday and it was aight. i like my team. usually, IM teams are by dorms, which i tried to adhere to but i stuck with my boys from all over the place. My bro E, Don Can, Disgruntled Dave, D Ty (roomate). others are worthy of mentioning but i don't have nicknames haha. wish me luck on that.
other than that, i'm slipping in work and trying hard to catch up. but honestly, i don't feel motivated to do jack squat. i'm too excited about next year when i'll be able to do things i want and not crap like english. damn engrish.
as for my social life, i miss having lady friends. Liana went to Spain so I can't call her. The ones i made on campus either kinda lost touch or just have more important stuff to do. besides, there's nothing much we can talk about anyway. just haven't hit it off too well with anyone. it's looking better for this one girl but it's weird cause i might be liking her, which complicates things. I need to find me another Ashley or Noelle, Sonia, Virginia, Kat, Sasha, etc. a sister.
boys, i got enough dudes i hang out with. gets kinda sausage festy sometimes. eh. i need to find a Kumar though. Steven, miss you dawg. the white dominance is getting to be a REAL pain actually. the only minority in acapella is painful. and damn, incoming freshman be walking around...none. i'm about to cry.
oh and speaking of acapella, i've been braving up in acapella and trying to audition for solos i want considering i'm taking voice lessons and all and should be getting better. but...guess not. i thought i sound decent but i guess the people in the group just don't think i'm ready yet. i mean, i doubt i'm good enough to be GOOD but i really wanted some of those songs damn it. oh well. luckily, the upcoming concert is big so they had to assign some solos and i got a few random ones. gotta be thankful for at least that much right? yea.
anyway, what's everybody doing in the summer? i'm trying to get internships but i might just end up doing Packer and Lifeguarding for the city again. let me know. this years almost over, can you believe that? i'm ready though. lets move on.
