Roommate needed for Nov 1st

So my roommate is concerned she can't afford the place place we got, and I already paid the deposit so I'm kinda stuck. So if anyone's interested in being my roomie it's the upper floor of a house at 19th and Rupert, 2 bed, 2 bath, rent is $700 + utils for the giant room with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony, or $650 + utils for the smaller room (although it's still a very good size).
We have a big deck and a North facing livingroom with a mountain view.

So yeah, this sucks ass and someone please help me out.
