I am now the proud new owner of a condo. Yay!

And as a side note: holy god was the mortgage rep chick hot. Made that process much more enjoyable.

When was I supposed to do that, in between explaining and signing about 50 documents? It was a bit too professional of a situation to do any of that, you tool ass. Besides it's not like I have any of this mack that you speak of that I can put on.

this is Erin. Jason gave me your livejournal name, thanks jason (: Anyway, a few days ago I was looking through some ad or newspaper or something, and saw something and thought wow I havent seen Jon in so long, I wonder how he is.
