Like what? why? there's so many Mr. Men and Miss little characters ranging from mr. up to no good to mr perfect and there's no mr. know it all?! How can?
i think i would love to have a Mr. Know- It-All as a partner next time because in that manner, my head wouldnt swell like a big bao when im unsure about something.
The lab should have one as if i dont have to go around the entire levels 3 & 4 to ask about antibodies and experiment im clueless about. Not to even mention start with. It's quite sickening when no one in the lab is familiar with what u're going to do, and worse, when the lab does not possess the things needed. What are the phds for seriously.
Anyway yes, the partner doesnt need to be a mr. encycopedia but i'll appreciate if he possesses knowledge about things in (maybe not necessarily depth) but definitely breadth. Something like a jack of all trades, sometimes its really ok to be a master of none since that can be trained.
