I was in the lunchroom this morning getting my morning coffee...and just having small talk and chit chat with one of the guys. But he said something which made quite a lot of impact on me. Went like this:
Paul: Morning buddy! How are things
Des: Yeah...pretty good.
Paul: Well its friday so it has to be a good day righ?
Des: Everyday is a good day, some are just better than others.
I was like....wow. So true. Everyday is a GOOD day. Even if it purely because you are alive. Attitude ajustment time
