I miss how certain people just come and go... there are so many people that I think about every so often and wonder why they just stopped communicating. I'm sure that there are people that think the same of me, and realistically it just boils down to the fact that I didn't find them interesting enough to keep around. Pretty egotistical, I know. When you're on the receiving end of being called uninteresting it isn't quite as fun.
Perhaps that's why I have ended every single relationship I have ever been in.
All of this comes to mind because I suddenly remembered the name of a song that Oopsydoodle shared with me 11 years ago when I first joined LJ. Ed Harcourt's "apple of my eye". Beautiful song and I love it to this day. And now I'm wondering where in the hell Oopsydoodle went to and why he left.
People walk in and then back out again.
